Our programme can be delivered directly to the workstation with Asanas (poses) modified so they can be done whilst sitting in a chair. We can offer 1:1 coaching, small or large group work depending on your needs and space available.
Better Golf Yoga
A unique 8 week programme of 1:1 coaching to improve your game of golf.
Appleton Yoga’s Better Golf programme brings the benefits of yoga to your game. Special physical poses (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and relaxation will improve your flexibility, strength, focus, balance and concentration, all essential ingredients for success in golf.
Each week you will be introduced to new exercises that will gently challenge your mind and body. The programme will reduce the risk of injury as your body is re-balanced and re-aligned and your enjoyment of the sport will improve as a result of the relaxation and focus.
This programme is offered on a 1:1 coaching basis and will take place at a venue of your choice. Each session will last approximately 1 hour and information will be provided you that you can continue to practice in your own time.
